1. Service Agreement
By engaging SOFTWARE 407 LLC for software development and server infrastructure services, you agree to these terms. Our services include custom software development, managed server hosting, infrastructure monitoring, and technical support.
2. Managed Server Services
Our server management services include proactive maintenance, security updates, monitoring, and incident response for your production infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via SMS alerts and email.
3. Service Terms
All services are provided according to the scope defined in our project proposals and statements of work. Additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
4. Payment
Payment terms are specified in individual project and service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance.
5. Intellectual Property
Client-owned intellectual property remains with the client. SOFTWARE 407 LLC retains ownership of general methodologies, tools, and reusable components developed independently.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, technical configurations, and business data shared during the engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AS IS. SOFTWARE 407 LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING DATA LOSS OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.
8. SMS Communications
